The service

FreeOptionScreener provides tools to search, filter and compare published options and related market information for research. Features and access depend on your account and the data available. The service does not place orders, hold funds, manage investments or verify your brokerage holdings.

Market information and decisions

Data are published snapshots, not a streaming quote feed. Quotes, IV, Greeks, earnings information and calculations may be delayed, missing, inaccurate or unavailable. Check publication and individual quote timestamps. Examples and calculated values are informational and do not guarantee prices, executions, probabilities or returns.

The service does not provide personalized investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for evaluating information, confirming current contract terms and quotes with your broker, and making your own decisions.

Your account and connected apps

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and use an account you are authorized to access. Protect your account and connector credentials. Do not share credentials, impersonate others or grant access on another person's behalf without permission.

Connecting an app permits the approved read-only access under your account. You can revoke it from Connected apps. The app provider's own terms apply to its service. You remain responsible for reviewing its requests and how it uses returned information.

Permitted use

Use the website and documented APIs within your account's permissions and any communicated limits. Do not bypass authentication, access another user's information, disrupt the service, or use automated traffic that impairs availability. Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users or investigate misuse.

Market data and other content may be owned by third parties and subject to provider licenses. Access to this service does not grant rights to resell, redistribute or sublicense data beyond the rights granted by its applicable owner. You must obtain any additional permissions needed for your use.

Availability and responsibility

We may change or discontinue features and may experience outages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for investment results or losses caused by reliance on the information.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not expand any third party's data license or promise that the service will meet every intended use.

Privacy, changes and contact
